Individual Therapy

You’ve been telling yourself “I’m fine” for a while now. But do you really believe it? Are there thoughts running through your mind that seem overwhelming, confusing or just “upsetting”? Wondering if you might be struggling with depression or anxiety? Individual therapy sounds like an option for you. This is a 1:1 session that provides a safe, non-judgmental space to help you process some of those internal thoughts and feelings you may be holding in.

Couples’ Therapy

“Trouble don’t last always” they say… but maybe it’s lasted longer than we’d like to admit. Sometimes it’s hard to just communicate with each other and we might even fight more than we talk. Sound familiar? Maybe couples’ therapy could help. Couples’ therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space where couples can come and lay it all on the table with an unbiased professional who can help you and your partner(s) navigate some of these challenges.

Family Therapy

Having trouble being all on one-accord? Maybe there’s a disconnect between the members of the family? Maybe you are struggling to communicate. Family therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space that allows you and the desired members of your family to navigate difficult conversations and process difficult experiences so that you can enjoy happy and healthy relationships within your family.
